Denark is serving as Construction Manager At-Risk for the new Advanced Construction and Manufacturing Engineering (ACME) Building, a dynamic, future-focused hub for hands-on learning and innovation. This 80,000 SF, three-story facility will anchor the northwest corner of Wings Up Way and Stadium Drive on TTU’s campus, creating a prominent gateway for advanced technical education.

Designed to foster collaboration across disciplines, the building will house a diverse range of programs including advanced manufacturing, construction, robotics, mechatronics, concrete, industrial assessment, metals, plastics, and HVAC. An adjacent 6,000 SF Foundry, seamlessly connected to the main structure, will further expand opportunities for experiential learning and applied research.

The ACME Building will consolidate programs currently spread across multiple campus facilities into a single, purpose-built environment, improving operational efficiency and enhancing the student experience. By bringing these disciplines together under one roof, the facility will encourage innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and workforce-ready skill development.
