Denark is serving as Construction Manager At-Risk for the new Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) Jacksboro campus project. This initiative includes approximately 100,000 SF of new construction, along with comprehensive site development, parking, roadway, and infrastructure improvements.

The new facility is designed to support a variety of technical education programs through flexible, industry-focused learning environments. Spaces will include a mix of high-bay and standard laboratory areas, classrooms, covered storage, and dedicated zones for faculty, staff, and student support. Each lab will be purpose-built to simulate real-world work conditions, providing students with hands-on training that aligns with current workforce demands.

In addition to new construction, the project includes the removal of select existing structures and obsolete utilities. These areas will be reimagined to enhance the campus with expanded parking, improved pedestrian connectivity, and thoughtfully integrated green space.
