Denark served as Construction Manager At-Risk for the new 82,000 SF Bill Haslam Center for Math and Science Building. The project helped Pellissippi State, the largest community college in Tennessee, meet demands for classrooms and lab spaces that have increased due to Tennessee Promise and Tennessee Reconnect. Located on PSCC’s Hardin Valley Campus, the project includes 18 classrooms, six computer labs, and nine science labs, as well as a teacher education center for the college’s Early Childhood Development and Teacher Education programs.

“We have enjoyed working with the dedicated professionals at Denark Construction on both the Bill Haslam Center for Math and Science and the Ruth and Steve West Workforce Development Center. Their team has been thorough, responsive, and committed to excellence throughout the entire process. They have taken the time to understand the mission of the College and our needs as a post-secondary institution focused on student success and workforce development. We are grateful for the experience and attention to detail Denark has brought to these projects. They have done a tremendous job navigating the challenges of the pandemic to keep the work on schedule.”
