Historic 111 E. Jackson Avenue

Denark served as CM At-Risk for this renovation and restoration of a 22,000 SF historic building in the heart of the Old City. The project was transformed from its previous use as an antique market to its current use as a multi-tenant office space.

In addition to a complete overhaul of building systems, a new storefront was built with a covered, recessed entry into an inviting and atrium with a skylight and grand staircase. Another unique feature of this project was the conversion of the old freight elevator room into a break area / casual meeting space.
