The first part of the Phase 2 improvements is located in the southwest quadrant of the park and includes a new baseball complex, soccer area, walkways, parking, pickleball courts, a basketball court, a sports green, and a seating area for small meetings. The improvements also included a 35-foot high sculptural mound, a new playground, three new pavilions, relocation of some sections of the perimeter walking trail, renovation of the Hecht Pavilion restrooms, new parking, sidewalks, and lighting.

We chose Denark Construction for the Lakeshore Park project based on Denark’s experience, reputation, and outstanding team. The Park is incredibly important to the community, and we wanted the very best overseeing the project. We could not be more pleased with the final product and the enjoyment we know Lakeshore Park will provide for generations.
