Denark served as Construction Manager At-Risk for the renovation of an existing five-story historic building originally constructed in 1925, totaling approximately 43,200 square feet. The project involves extensive interior renovations aimed at modernizing the facility while preserving its historic character.
The renovation included the installation of new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as updated lighting throughout the building to improve performance, efficiency, and occupant comfort. In addition to the building renovation, the project includes a new landscaped courtyard designed as a secure, enclosed outdoor space featuring wrought iron fencing and controlled access gates.
“We are deeply grateful for all the work Denark has done to help us reach this moment. Your team’s commitment, problem-solving, and steady partnership throughout the renovation have made a lasting difference for the women and families who will call this building home. After so much planning and construction, it is incredibly meaningful to be at the point of opening our doors again and expanding the impact of Keys of Hope.”
