Premier Surgical was an adaptive reuse of a former office building into a medical office building. The two-story, 23,387 SF renovation and 4,514 SF addition includes five procedure rooms, two vein treatment rooms, and 19 offices. The project had an aggressive schedule and was completed on time and within budget.
