As the lead in Denark’s Business Development & Marketing,

Grant focuses on client relationships and future growth, while keeping an eye on Operations as it relates to client satisfaction. He also works with clients early in the development process, assisting with predevelopment activities including site selection, funding source identification, project pro forma and financial analysis.

Education: Bachelor Degree in Communications, University of Tennessee; Master of Business Administration (MBA), Lincoln Memorial University

Grant brings a broad range of experience and perspective from both the public and private sectors. He formerly served as Vice President of Housing for Southeastern Housing Foundation and Neighborhood Housing, Inc., both supporting organizations of Knoxville Leadership Foundation; where he oversaw the acquisition, financing, development, and marketing of single‐family and multifamily properties throughout East Tennessee. Prior to that he served as Director of Community Development for Knox County Government, where he managed redevelopment initiatives and the administration of federal, state and local grants and contracts. Grant is active throughout the community through service in his church and with various non-profit agencies.
