As the lead in Denark’s Business Development & Marketing, Grant focuses on client relationships and future growth, while keeping an eye on our operations as it relates to current client satisfaction. He also works with clients early in the development process, assisting with predevelopment activities including site selection, funding source identification, project pro forma and financial analysis.

Education: Bachelor Degree in Communications, University of Tennessee; Master of Business Administration (MBA), Lincoln Memorial University

Grant formerly served as Vice President of Housing for Southeastern Housing foundation II and Neighborhood Housing, Inc., both supporting organizations of Knoxville Leadership Foundation (KLF), where he oversaw the acquisition, financing, development, and marketing of single‐family and multifamily properties throughout East Tennessee. Prior to that, Mr. Rosenberg served as Director of Community Development for Knox County Government, where he managed redevelopment initiatives and the administration of federal, state and local grants and contracts in the Finance Department. He is a LEED Green Associate and has received extensive training in HUD and LIHTC compliance. Grant is active in his community through his service in his church and with various non-profit agencies.
