Project Manager

The Project Manager position provides overall administrative and technical direction for field projects managed by on-site Project Superintendents.

  • Implements project objectives, policies, procedures, and schedules.
  • Monitors and controls construction efforts in coordination with on-site job superintendents.
  • Manages all financial aspects of projects in accordance with company procedures.
  • Minimum of ten years” experience managing projects in value up to $30 million.

Superintendent

The Superintendent position provides overall field management and administration to field employees, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Oversees total project field effort to ensure the highest quality, appropriate personnel, budget and schedule are met.
  • Schedules, coordinates and supervises employees, subcontractors and all construction equipment on assigned project(s).
  • Assists Senior Project Superintendent in development of the construction schedule.
  • Ensures subcontractors and suppliers are complying to specifications and codes.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working on commercial projects with a minimum value of $2 million.

Project Administrative Assistant

The Project Administrative Assistant position provides overall administrative support to our on-site Project Superintendents.

  • Prepares all Subcontracts and Purchase Orders and distribute for full execution.
  • Ensure subcontractors and suppliers provide all required certificates, lien waivers, disclaimers etc.
  • Follow-up on Subcontracts and Purchase Orders and track status.
  • Perform all activities required in the Change Order Process.
  • Prepare closeout documents.
  • Assist in processing payables and receivables.
