Project Manager

The Project Manager position provides overall administrative and technical direction for field projects managed by on-site Project Superintendents.

  • Implements project objectives, policies, procedures, and schedules.
  • Monitors and controls construction efforts in coordination with on-site job superintendents.
  • Manages all financial aspects of projects in accordance with company procedures.
  • Minimum of ten years” experience managing projects in value up to $30 million.

Virtual Design/Building Information Modeling Coordinator

Responsible for implementing BIM technology to assist in the construction coordination process.

  • Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors.
  • Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using NavisWorks Manage.
  • Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit.
  • Hold coordination meetings with project team members.
  • Early design review and constructability analysis.
  • 3D model quantity extraction and verification.
  • 4D Scheduling/Simulation using Autodesk NavisWorks.


The Superintendent position provides overall field management and administration to field employees, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Oversees total project field effort to ensure the highest quality, appropriate personnel, budget and schedule are met.
  • Schedules, coordinates and supervises employees, subcontractors and all construction equipment on assigned project(s).
  • Assists Senior Project Superintendent in development of the construction schedule.
  • Ensures subcontractors and suppliers are complying to specifications and codes.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working on commercial projects with a minimum value of $2 million.

Project Estimator

The Project Estimator position prepares portions of estimates for assigned projects under the direction of the Senior Estimator.

  • Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and man-hour figures.
  • Review proposal specifications, drawings, attend pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
  • Provide complete quantity takeoffs, manpower analysis, and equipment requirements as required to support estimating input on complex projects.
  • Insure all working documents and data are maintained to substantiate estimates.

Project Accountant

The Project Accountant position assists our project teams in monitoring the financial condition of projects and projecting profit.

  • The ideal candidate will have construction accounting experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and knowledge of general accounting principles to include AP & AR processing and reconciliation.
  • Experience with Timberline software is a plus.
  • An Associate’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
