PROJECT MANAGER
Provides overall administrative and technical direction for field projects managed by on-site job superintendents. If degreed, ten years experience, fifteen years if not degreed. Must have proven management insight to maximize employee productivity and performance. Has complete understanding of company and industry practices, processes, and standards. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
PROJECT ESTIMATOR
Prepare complete estimates for assigned projects of medium to large in size and complexity. Four to seven years estimating, cost control, and/or engineering experience related to similar facility construction. Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control, plus ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems is essential.
PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
Knowledge of general construction accounting, auditing, payroll, and invoicing required. Good written and verbal communication skills essential. Proficient with current computer software with emphasis on Excel, Timberline, and other office software and equipment. Should have a basic understanding of accounting and be able to provide bookkeeping for related companies. Perform various accounting tasks to insure accurate and timely completion of work within one or more sections, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting duties and filing.
