Denark was directly selected as Construction Manager for this premier project based on qualifications and competed against five other national General Contractors. The $49 million Sevierville Events Center was completed on schedule in time for the first event scheduled in September 2007. The Events Center includes a 248,000 SF event center and 271,000 SF parking garage adjacent to the Events Center.
